Lake Cospuden, Leipzig - northern beach

Region: Leipzig, Germany
The approximately 400-acre Lake Cospuden is located on the southern outskirts of Leipzig. It is surrounded by the Auewald of the big Saxon fair city. Lake Cospuden is one of the many lakes that were produced from a former lignite mine and today form the "Leipziger Neuseenland". There is a 10 km long paved trail, so that especially on weekends in good weather, many cyclists, inline skaters and walkers are traveling. Here we introduce you to the area on the north side of the lake, which is particularly dominated by a very large sandy beach. There are countless interesting places for beautiful and interesting photos. (Source: www.leipzigseen.de)
Who does not like a lot of viewers when shooting, should avoid the weekends, or at least do the shooting in the early morning hours. But also during the week in the summer afternoons is very little rest in this popular tourist destination.
